Leads and motivates a wholesale floor team to meet forecasts, productivity, safety, quality, customer delivery, and KPI targets. Responsibilities include workload balancing, forecasting support, continuous improvement and 5S initiatives, hazard identification, and coordination with safety, HR, transportation, logistics, quality, and production teams. The role requires standing, walking, lifting, and physical warehouse work, with shifts potentially lasting up to 12 hours and schedules subject to operational demand.

Drive inbound and outbound sales through phone, chat, and other channels while delivering a consultative customer experience. Representatives apply sales methodologies, document customer interactions, maintain product and policy knowledge, achieve sales and customer satisfaction KPIs, and meet schedule and productivity expectations. The role also includes training, team meetings, coaching, and managing customer inquiries involving products, promotions, warranties, returns, and refunds.

Lead a Thursday–Saturday wholesale/warehouse team to meet forecasts and KPIs (SIFOT, DIFOT, picking timeliness). Mentor staff, drive continuous improvement and 5S, monitor productivity, ensure safety and quality, collaborate with HR/logistics/production, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended standing.
