Lead end-to-end digital product design, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual and interaction design, usability testing, and design system development. Collaborate with product managers, developers, merchandising, and stakeholders to create accessible, responsive customer experiences aligned with brand standards and business goals. Maintain design documentation, support ecommerce enhancements, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Drives personal mattress sales and performance goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Maintains product knowledge, visual and operational standards, and Purple’s values. Helps coach and develop team members, tracks personal performance, and works a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This part-time role is estimated at 15–29 hours per week.
