Provide day-to-day in-house legal support for a CySEC-licensed forex brokerage: monitor regulatory updates, conduct legal research, draft and review routine commercial contracts and client disclosures, maintain KID/KIID and DORA/outsourcing registries, prepare regulatory reports and audit documentation, and first-line review marketing materials, escalating complex matters to senior counsel.
