Processes wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and EDI sales orders; maintains customer account and order data; validates pricing, invoices, delivery expectations, and order status; communicates issues and updates to customers and sales teams; manages returns to vendors; coordinates with finance, production, shipping, and warehouse teams; and consolidates orders for production.

Provides senior-level support for wholesale sales operations, including EDI order processing, order confirmations, customer account updates, invoicing, and order-status communication. Guides cross-functional teams on sales, order management, fulfillment workflows, and operational best practices. Reviews and consolidates sales orders, develops reports and dashboards, resolves escalated issues, and coordinates with Operations, Finance, Production, and Logistics to improve order execution.

Provides customer support for order inquiries, tracking, returns, exchanges, shipping issues, refunds, and fulfillment delays. Coordinates with warehouse and internal teams, monitors returns and inventory, manages backorders, and supports e-commerce and marketplace operations. Assists with product uploads, pricing, images, descriptions, and basic web issue troubleshooting across platforms including Shopify and Farfetch.
