Supervise and coach QA and laboratory staff to ensure food safety and product quality. Develop and maintain food safety and quality programs, oversee testing and documentation, lead pathogen environmental monitoring, support audits and certifications, investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions and continuous improvement, and perform supervisory HR duties.

Lead cooler/warehouse operations, supervise staff, coordinate shipping/receiving and inventory rotation, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, manage labor and expenses, resolve escalations, and promote safety and cross-functional collaboration to maximize productivity and on-time product delivery.
