Serve as primary liaison between PURIS and customers to manage relationships, coordinate order execution, resolve issues, and ensure forecast accuracy. Support onboarding, demand planning, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement while using CRM and reporting tools to maintain account documentation and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage front-office operations, visitor communications, meeting and event logistics, vendor coordination, office inventory, and facility needs. Support onboarding, People Ops tasks, training coordination, documentation, and confidential employee information while ensuring guest-ready spaces and smooth day-to-day operations.
