Support open-cut and underground utility construction by verifying grades, recording survey data, assisting with pipe installation and layout, coordinating materials and tools, performing pipe cutting, maintaining jobsite documentation, enforcing safety, and providing temporary field leadership when assigned.

Install sewer, water, and storm utility systems and associated manholes and structures on open-cut projects. Ensure pipe and structures are set to grade and project specifications, perform quality checks, assist with inspections and restoration, coordinate with crew and equipment operators, follow trench and excavation safety, and support site cleanup and material handling.

Manage trenchless pipeline rehabilitation projects (CIPP) from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, permits, submittals, progress tracking, and month-end financials while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Manage and ensure compliance of federal, state, and local payroll tax filings for a multi-state workforce. Reconcile tax payments, research and resolve notices/audits, maintain ADP tax setups, support year-end W-2/1099 activities, collaborate with payroll/finance/HR, monitor legislative changes, and support audits and process improvements.

Fabricate, machine, assemble, and repair components for trenchless pipeline rehabilitation equipment. Operate saws, drills, lathes, and mills; read blueprints; maintain and troubleshoot specialized equipment; perform grinding, sanding, painting, and material handling while following SOPs and safety standards to support field operations.

Responsible for rehabilitation and repair of sewer and stormwater lines, ensuring safety and effective site management. Requires physical labor and teamwork.

Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish: manage schedules, personnel, equipment, subcontractors, budgets, contracts, forecasts, quality, and client relationships while ensuring safety and timely deliverables.

Operate CCTV and tap cutter equipment to perform pre/post cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) inspections and lateral reinstatements. Maintain and service cutter/camera equipment and vehicles, complete daily logs and reports, assist with liner installations, follow safety procedures, and communicate scope or condition changes to supervisors.
