Manages the financial lifecycle of projects, including quote-to-order conversion, contract milestones, change orders, revenue recognition, invoicing, profitability analysis, KPI reporting, and process development. The role collaborates closely with project managers and coordinators to improve project financial visibility and performance. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel and ERP systems, and available for occasional evenings and weekends during critical periods.

Leads multiple complex industrial and mechanical services projects from planning through financial closeout. Oversees budgets, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, resource allocation, risk mitigation, safety, customer relationships, and cross-functional coordination. Mentors project managers, drives operational improvements, communicates portfolio performance, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to customer requirements.
