Drive business development across Canadian federal defense markets, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, and CANSOF. Identify and qualify opportunities, build client and systems-integrator relationships, develop pursuit strategies, support capture and proposal activities, manage pipelines and CRM records, represent the company at defense events, and report on forecasts, KPIs, and opportunity progress.

Supports the VP of Sales as an operational partner by coordinating priorities, calendars, projects, deliverables, reporting, partner activities, and cross-functional initiatives. Maintains NetSuite dashboards, CRM audits, project documentation, executive communications, and sales processes. Supports sales presentations, representative onboarding, training materials, pricing guidance, and consistent process adoption while aligning sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer success teams.

Sell IT solutions to government and enterprise accounts using existing VAR experience and industry contacts. Develop new business, manage and expand client relationships, deliver executive presentations, meet sales targets, collaborate with inside sales and systems engineers, forecast sales, and participate in training and occasional travel.

Design, implement, and support enterprise on-premises and cloud network infrastructures. Configure/manage firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, SD-WAN, SASE, and virtual appliances. Collaborate with cloud/security teams, document designs and procedures, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in onsite client implementations and design reviews.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise Linux and hybrid cloud infrastructures. Deploy and operate Kubernetes and container platforms, automate provisioning and CI/CD with IaC tools, monitor and troubleshoot systems, implement backup/DR and security/compliance controls, document configurations, and collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams.

Lead client-facing IT implementation projects from sales transition through completion. Plan and manage scope, schedule, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication for infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and business application deployments. Support presales, prepare SOWs and estimates, track billable utilization, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors.
