Own NetSuite ARM revenue automation and recognition for multi-element government contracts. Allocate transaction prices across hardware, software, and services, track project/milestone revenue, lead month-end revenue close and reconciliations, and ensure ASC 606 / ASPE 3400 compliance with audit-ready system trails.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise Linux and hybrid cloud infrastructures. Deploy and operate Kubernetes and container platforms, automate provisioning and CI/CD with IaC tools, monitor and troubleshoot systems, implement backup/DR and security/compliance controls, document configurations, and collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams.

Design, implement, and support enterprise on-premises and cloud network infrastructures. Configure/manage firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, SD-WAN, SASE, and virtual appliances. Collaborate with cloud/security teams, document designs and procedures, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in onsite client implementations and design reviews.

Provide high-level executive support to the COO and People & Culture leader: manage strategic calendar, improve leadership meeting effectiveness, track OKRs and quarterly planning, coordinate cross-functional communication, support hiring/onboarding and HR reporting, and drive operational follow-through and organizational alignment.

Lead client-facing IT implementation projects from sales transition through completion. Plan and manage scope, schedule, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication for infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and business application deployments. Support presales, prepare SOWs and estimates, track billable utilization, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors.
