Lead the development of spatial and location models supporting gym expansion, catchment analysis, demand forecasting, pricing, retention, and commercial decisions. Own models from prototype through production, including validation, monitoring, deployment, versioning, and documentation. Partner with Property, Finance, Engineering, Data, and MLOps teams, communicate uncertainty and recommendations to senior stakeholders, and establish scalable data science standards.

Leads PureGym’s global privacy and data protection strategy as designated Data Protection Officer. Oversees GDPR and international privacy compliance, regulatory engagement, DPIAs, data subject rights, cross-border transfers, third-party risk, incidents, policies, training, records management, and governance. Advises senior leaders, manages privacy risks, and balances legal obligations with commercial objectives across multiple jurisdictions.

Manage and govern PureGym’s global Medius procure-to-pay platform, including catalogues, supplier onboarding, user access, approval workflows, purchase orders, system issue resolution, and integrations. The role provides user training and support, ensures procurement compliance and data accuracy, liaises with suppliers and stakeholders, and drives process improvements and automation. Hybrid work is based in Leeds, with occasional international travel within Europe.

Take machine learning models from development into reliable production services. Own deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, release management, model governance, and cost optimization using MLOps practices. Build reusable tooling and standards, automate model workflows, collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers, and coach colleagues on software engineering best practices.

The Commercial Analyst will support pricing, competitor response, revenue management, and commercial strategy through financial and scenario modeling. Responsibilities include analyzing individual gym pricing, tracking competitor activity, supporting commercial plans for new openings and refurbishments, and delivering strategic projects. The role requires strong commercial judgment, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
