Design integrations with ServiceNow HRSD, Jira, Confluence, and vendors. Manage HR case workflows, SLA compliance, ticket triage, and Workday release governance. Translate global labor requirements into compliant solutions while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and international stakeholders.

Lead design and validation of power delivery networks for enterprise storage systems. Architect and qualify voltage regulators, run PDN/PI simulations, select critical VR components, perform failure analysis, support hardware validation and customer escalations, and drive sustaining engineering and quality-by-design practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams and JDM partners.

Design, build, and operate enterprise-scale DDI (IPAM, DNS, DHCP) and CMDB systems using Python and infrastructure-as-code. Implement APIs, automation (Ansible/Puppet, PXE), monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), and synchronize network assets to enable self-service, scalability, reliability, and operational consistency across multi-datacenter environments.
