Design and develop partner training across modalities (eLearning, virtual, in-person, assessments). Collaborate with global teams and SMEs to create, update, and align course materials to product releases and company initiatives, implement stakeholder feedback, and measure training effectiveness.

Lead development of distributed tools that automatically triage failed tests across large CI environments. Build, operate, and troubleshoot CI/CD processes, analyze failures with signature matching and AI-based insights, prioritize fixes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test automation and integration tooling. On-site in Prague.

Design and develop partner training and curriculum across modalities (eLearning, live, in-person, peer-to-peer), collaborate with global teams and SMEs, update course catalogs aligned to product releases, create assessments and multimedia training assets, use authoring and video tools, and maintain technical knowledge of storage, cloud, and related technologies.
