Field-based manager responsible for recruiting, onboarding, developing, and retaining hourly employees and site leadership across assigned car wash locations. Partners with General Managers and operations leaders, builds local hiring pipelines, conducts interviews, coaches leaders, monitors employee engagement, and analyzes turnover, retention, staffing, and training metrics. Requires extensive on-site presence, frequent travel between locations, schedule flexibility, and hands-on support for staffing, acquisitions, openings, and employee events.

Supervise daily car wash operations and staff, train new attendants, ensure quality control and facility safety, manage inventory, prepare reports, and deliver excellent customer service.

Design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines and Snowflake/dbt models; integrate POS and telemetry sources; orchestrate pipelines on AWS; analyze data and produce Power BI dashboards; apply LLM/MCP tooling to automate workflows; collaborate with engineers and business partners to deliver production-grade data products.
