Leads insurance compliance operations covering surplus lines tax and filings, licensing, sanctions and financial crimes controls, regulatory reporting, monitoring, testing, governance, and remediation. Partners with Legal, ERM, Internal Audit, underwriting, finance, and distribution to ensure regulatory alignment. Oversees high-volume processes, regulatory examinations, metrics, policies, controls, and compliance teams while building scalable risk-based operations and developing staff.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for Finance systems (billing, payments, accounting, reinsurance). Define multi-year roadmap, establish architecture standards and governance, guide solution designs, lead a small engineering team, partner with Finance and enterprise stakeholders, and drive cloud-native, API-first, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability and responsible AI adoption to modernize platforms and improve delivery.

Prequalify and educate prospective high-net-worth insurance members, assess property and liability exposures, prepare customized coverage proposals, explain underwriting differences, advance prospects through quoting, generate referral sources, and maintain accurate electronic customer files. The role requires Property and Casualty insurance expertise, consultative sales ability, strong communication skills, and familiarity with agency management systems.
