Research and interpret state insurance regulations, assess impacts on policy forms and underwriting practices, manage compliance issue inventories, coordinate remediation, and advise cross-functional teams on compliant solutions. The role documents findings, tracks corrective actions, validates resolutions, supports audits and regulatory inquiries, and improves compliance controls and processes. Requires property and casualty insurance knowledge, strong analytical and regulatory research skills, clear communication, sound judgment, organization, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Executes insurance coverage initiatives by analyzing, implementing, and maintaining policy forms and endorsements. Monitors legislative and competitor developments, recommends coverage changes, supports filings and systems implementation, and creates system specifications within the policy management system. The role requires strong analytical, communication, policy-language interpretation, problem-solving, project management, and personal lines insurance knowledge.

Complete an eight-week paid claims training program, obtain a Property & Casualty Claims Adjuster License, and provide empathetic service to insurance members. Responsibilities include taking first notice of loss calls, responding to inquiries, conducting proactive outreach, handling glass and towing claims, applying coverage, setting reserves, managing follow-ups, and resolving claims through phone, email, and mail.
