Lead and execute unified supply chain and procurement strategy across multiple hospitality brands. Build scalable systems, manage sourcing for food, beverage, supplies and equipment, run RFPs and contract negotiations, develop vendor scorecards and ERP/procurement roadmaps, support new openings and menu rollouts, drive cost savings and supplier performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.
