Deploys and administers digital learning content across LMS, media, SharePoint, virtual classroom, survey, and collaboration platforms. Manages requirements gathering, release planning, configuration, testing, quality assurance, publication, reporting, governance, and post-release support. Facilitates stakeholder consultations, virtual learning events, and issue resolution while maintaining accurate documentation and records. Uses Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved automation tools responsibly to improve processes, reporting, and documentation. Requires strong learning technology expertise, communication, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Lead the design and implementation of a consistent project management operating model, governance framework, methodologies, and reporting standards. Deliver strategic projects and programmes while managing schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications. Support portfolio prioritisation, capacity planning, financial oversight, organisational change, and project team capability development through coaching and mentoring.
