Perform functional, API, UI, end-to-end, regression, performance, security, accessibility, and AI feature testing. Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test suites, create test plans and cases, execute and report testing, investigate defects with developers, and ensure requirements and quality standards are met.

Own digital product delivery from strategy and requirements through execution and optimization. Responsibilities include prioritizing features, managing roadmaps and backlogs, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders, analyzing markets and customer feedback, facilitating requirements workshops, and monitoring product metrics. The role focuses on scalable technology products, with preferred experience in fintech, payments, banking, loyalty, e-commerce, or AI-powered platforms.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex digital products, from requirements definition and feature prioritization through delivery and continuous optimization. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders; analyze markets, competitors, customer feedback, and product metrics; facilitate requirements workshops; and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. The role focuses on fintech, payments, banking, loyalty, rewards, e-commerce, and AI-powered personalization platforms.
