Lead and manage multiple electrical engineering R&D projects from concept to launch. Drive cross-functional teams, manage scope/schedule/cost, mitigate risk, ensure regulatory and design control compliance, coordinate vendors, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement of engineering processes to deliver high-quality medical devices.

Support manufacturing and test engineering for medical electro-mechanical products: transition designs to production, develop test fixtures/procedures, perform PCBA and system-level test/debug, drive PFMEA and process validation, collaborate on failure analysis, work with suppliers/CMs, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance (FDA, ISO).
