Responsibilities include DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, catheter and electrical assembly process optimization, validation, FMEAs, SPC, measurement studies, supplier qualification, sterilization compatibility, lean improvements, ECOs, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Mentors junior staff and supports production readiness in a regulated medical-device environment.
