Coordinates daily outbound transportation, including carrier tendering, shipment scheduling, delivery monitoring, backup coverage, proof-of-delivery collection, claims follow-up, and carrier communication. Maintains shipment data in TMS systems, applies DOT and FMCSA requirements, processes carrier invoices, resolves discrepancies, supports freight cost tracking, and identifies transportation improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail across multiple shipments and priorities.

Serves as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, succession, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives. Oversees HR operations, HRIS integrity, compliance, analytics, recruiting effectiveness, learning programs, and employee surveys while partnering with HR centers of excellence.

Leads product and category strategy, three-year growth planning, P&L management, new product development, imports, lifecycle management, SKU rationalization, consumer research, and marketing execution. Partners with R&D, operations, supply chain, agencies, vendors, and sales teams to deliver packaging, advertising, digital, social, and promotional initiatives within budget. Requires substantial CPG brand or product innovation experience, preferably in food, plus Korean bilingual ability.
