Works onsite in an outdoor industrial environment to safely dismantle vehicles, remove parts and fluids, operate production equipment, maintain workspaces and equipment, support inventory reporting, assist customers, and follow safety and environmental procedures. The role requires physical labor, lifting up to 50 pounds, tool use, all-weather work, and willingness to work occasional weekends or overtime.

Process salvaged vehicles in an outdoor industrial environment by safely dismantling vehicles, removing parts and fluids, operating production equipment, performing basic maintenance, maintaining organized workspaces, supporting inventory reporting, and meeting team production goals. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, PPE use, physical lifting, customer interaction, and willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Lead and supervise production teams in automotive salvage and recycling. Ensure safety, maintain equipment and facility cleanliness, manage schedules and inventory, operate heavy equipment, train staff, and drive process improvements to meet productivity goals.
