Disassemble and prepare engines and vehicle components for recycling and resale, operate tools and heavy equipment (excavators, hydraulic shears), remove fluids and parts per SOPs, maintain tools and inventory records, follow safety and environmental procedures, and support team production goals.

Lead and supervise production staff in automotive salvage and recycling operations, ensuring safety, productivity, equipment operation/maintenance, inventory accuracy, facility upkeep, training, and process improvements. Support scheduling, SOP enforcement, and collaborate with management to optimize workflow.

Work on-site to safely process and dismantle vehicles, operate tools and equipment, maintain workspaces, assist with inventory reporting, and provide customer service in an outdoor industrial environment.
