Leads complex construction projects from contract initiation through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, personnel, equipment, safety, risk, change orders, forecasts, stakeholders, claims, and owner relationships. Oversees project teams and subcontractor coordination, resolves contract issues, supports procurement and dispute resolution, and ensures timely, profitable, specification-compliant delivery. The role also mentors personnel, manages project communications, and coordinates final documentation and payment recovery.

Leads construction engineering activities, including project scheduling, cost and quantity tracking, resource planning, RFIs, invoicing, risk mitigation, safety compliance, and closeout. Reviews drawings, specifications, permits, and project data while coordinating engineering, field, accounting, subcontractor, and project management teams. The role also manages work plans, monitors budget and production performance, reports schedule changes, and provides leadership throughout project delivery.

Manages complex roadway electrical construction projects from contract execution through closeout. Oversees budgets, schedules, staffing, equipment, forecasts, safety, change orders, stakeholder relationships, contract compliance, disputes, claims, and final project documentation. Coordinates with owners, superintendents, legal counsel, government agencies, and internal leadership to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
