Leads corporate accounting and financial operations, including close processes, reporting, consolidations, project accounting, budgeting, cash management, audits, internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and ASC 606. Oversees construction accounting, project forecasting, working capital, financial systems, process improvements, and accounting personnel. Partners with executives and operational leaders to identify risks, improve profitability, and support strategic decisions.

Compile and analyze financial information, record journal entries, reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close activities. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, assist with external audits, perform progress pay estimate billings, and support special accounting projects. The role requires strong analytical, trend analysis, communication, and accounting skills, with a bachelor’s degree required and CPA certification preferred.

Manages district and project procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, vendor qualification, purchasing buyouts, procurement policy enforcement, reporting, records maintenance, and accounts payable reconciliation. Facilitates RFPs and collaborates with legal, senior management, preconstruction, and project teams. Requires construction procurement expertise, contract negotiation skills, leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
