The Commercial Manager will drive regional business development and revenue growth for agriculture insurance, data services, and consulting solutions. Responsibilities include building strategic relationships with governments, development agencies, insurers, financial institutions, and agribusinesses; developing sales pipelines; negotiating partnerships; representing Pula; managing client relationships; supporting customer handoffs; monitoring KPIs; maintaining CRM data; and forecasting commercial performance.

The Investment Associate will analyze businesses for investment potential, conduct due diligence, and support strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include financial evaluations, preparing investment memos, and direct engagement with management teams.
