The Investment Associate will analyze businesses for investment potential, conduct due diligence, and support strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include financial evaluations, preparing investment memos, and direct engagement with management teams.

Work with actuaries, CFAs, and data scientists to design, price, implement and analyze climate and agricultural insurance products. Manage data quality, liaise with insurers/reinsurers, support payouts, develop technical notes and legal wordings, automate operations, and support product negotiations and business growth.

The Associate Manager will drive execution of strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support financial analysis to align company goals with daily operations.
