The Systems & Data Specialist will manage the Zendesk platform, ensure data flow between systems, optimize AI capabilities, and improve customer support operations.

Provide high-level operational and project coordination support to the EVP of Sales & Business Development: manage complex calendar and travel, prepare executive-ready presentations and briefs, track commitments and action items, maintain visibility across priorities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive follow-through to ensure strategic initiatives progress without constant executive intervention.

Lead brand-forward graphic design across product launches, social, events, packaging, ads, and digital touchpoints. Produce hero imagery, social assets, responsive web, landing pages, and email designs. Collaborate with brand, UX/UI, and marketing teams; iterate high-volume design options and evolve scalable brand systems.
