Puffco Benefits Overview

Manage and grow Puffco’s wholesale customer accounts by providing responsive support, processing orders, preparing quotes, collecting payments, resolving fulfillment issues, maintaining CRM records, and developing new account opportunities. The role collaborates with sales, customer service, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order completion, handle complaints, follow up on payments and restocking, and maintain strong client relationships. This position is based onsite in Downtown Los Angeles four to five days per week.

Supports the sales team through customer service, account follow-up, reporting, administrative coordination, financial reconciliation, shipment claims, warranty handling, and cross-functional communication with Finance and Logistics. Maintains client relationships, collects documentation, troubleshoots system synchronization issues, reviews industry regulations, and assists Account Managers. This hybrid Los Angeles role requires working onsite two to three days per week.

The Outside Sales Specialist expands Puffco’s retail footprint by prospecting, engaging, and closing new retail partners within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include in-person outreach, product pitching, CRM management, store visits, merchandising, relationship building, promotions, retail training, product demonstrations, events, and clean handoffs to Account Management. The role requires extensive territory travel, occasional travel to Los Angeles headquarters, cannabis industry knowledge, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
