Provides community outreach, health insurance enrollment, eligibility screening, and application follow-up for underserved residents. Registers patients in appropriate insurance or discount programs, determines Medicaid, CHP+, and CICP eligibility, schedules appointments, explains healthcare access procedures, maintains compliant patient records and departmental statistics, and supports patients navigating the healthcare system. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, computer, and problem-solving skills. Occasional local travel may be required.

The Staff Accountant prepares financial statements, budgets, analyses, reports, grant billings, and 340B revenue support. Responsibilities include account and bank reconciliations, internal audits, cash-flow monitoring, prepaid expense management, grant reporting, and assisting with external audits. The role also supports cost-center analysis, financial reporting, employee training, and other accounting department activities.

Supervise and train clinical medical assistants and nurses, manage clinic workflows, vaccine and medication inventory, perform patient assessments and education, assist providers with direct care, ensure compliance with nursing/infection-control policies, conduct performance evaluations, and support quality improvement and administrative duties across clinic sites.
