Lead editorial strategy, content development, and growth for newsletter and podcast franchises (initially politics/Washington). Manage senior journalists, set creative direction, coordinate with Commercial and Marketing, define success metrics, use performance data to inform decisions, and mentor talent to grow subscribers and meet editorial and commercial goals.
