Oversees budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, accounting coordination, purchasing, contract management, and financial operations for Technology and Facilities. Advises leadership on financial decisions, maintains technology and software asset inventories, supports equipment purchasing, ensures policy compliance, and contributes to organization-wide finance process improvements and system enhancements.

Creates and maintains digital and print marketing materials, including presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, newsletters, infographics, and website content. Develops design concepts for corporate sponsorship marketing and sales teams, interprets research data visually, supports marketing platforms and landing pages, and provides design and technical assistance. Collaborates with marketing and creative teams while managing projects independently, meeting deadlines, and ensuring close attention to detail.

Supports procurement and supplier management for IT and Physical Plant departments. Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract administration, invoice coordination, procurement reconciliations, travel program support, month-end close activities, and vendor relationship management. The role partners with internal stakeholders and Accounts Payable to resolve purchasing issues and maintain efficient procure-to-pay processes.
