Lead daily production and editorial direction for The World, producing broadcasts, editing host copy and stories, mentoring producers/reporters, collaborating with digital teams, and ensuring journalistic rigor, audio quality, and cross-organization coordination between GBH and PRX.

Produce, edit, and publish short-form social and web video content; film on-location interviews and B-roll; engage Western Massachusetts Latino community; collaborate with editorial leadership; supervise a grant-funded intern; travel regionally for shoots and events.

Manage and grow a portfolio of local and regional sponsorships for CAI, driving new business, renewals, and upsells across on‑air, digital, and newsletter platforms. Conduct client meetings, design seasonal sponsorship packages, re-engage lapsed accounts, and represent CAI at community events. Responsible for meeting revenue goals and delivering sponsor stewardship.
