Oversee day-to-day operations for Michigan’s statewide children’s behavioral health capacity-building initiative. Manage more than 200 annual training programs, registration platforms, logistics, communications, CEU processing, subcontractors, compliance, budgets, KPIs, dashboards, and continuous quality improvement. Lead staff and coordinate stakeholders to ensure efficient, high-quality training delivery aligned with state requirements and behavioral health priorities.

Reviews SSI eligibility, gathers documentation, prepares and files disability-related applications, manages SSA correspondence and appeals, processes redeterminations and payee changes, responds to referrals, supports audits, produces reports, trains case workers, and maintains relationships with SSA, clients, and colleagues. The role requires interpreting regulations, strong communication, organization, independent work, and travel within Wisconsin as needed.

Leads technology consulting engagements for public-sector clients, managing projects, teams, requirements, client communications, process improvements, compliance analysis, and delivery activities. Supports business development through market analysis, opportunity qualification, CRM updates, and proposal development. The role requires interpreting regulations, facilitating stakeholders, developing communication plans, and managing complex projects with limited supervision. Hybrid work and some office or client travel may be required.
