Build relationships with media agencies and brands, develop target-client pipelines, manage sales processes from brief to sign-off, create integrated proposals, negotiate partnerships, and collaborate with internal creative, strategy, production, and client-service teams to secure new and repeat business.

Lead and grow the post-production team, build and run end-to-end post pipelines, enforce technical and delivery standards (storage, codecs, colour, audio, captions), manage freelancers and budgets, partner across creative, production and client teams to ensure timely, on-brand video deliverables and continuous workflow improvement.

Source and engage talent for content, editorial, brand partnerships, commercial, finance, and technology roles. Build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, map talent across digital publishers and creator businesses, conduct Boolean and social-platform searches, personalize outreach, and maintain candidate information in Teamtailor. Coordinate role briefs and hand qualified candidates to the UK talent team. The role is freelance, fully remote, and requires a video application.
