Design, develop, and execute functional and regression test cases for web applications; manage test artifacts in TFS; report defects; identify automation opportunities and create automation scripts; monitor test progress, present status to stakeholders, and meet project deadlines.

Design and deliver user-centered voice IVR experiences: gather requirements, create call flows and VUI specifications, conduct usability testing, tune speech/DTMF applications, support grammar design, and assist sales/marketing with UX methodology materials.

Design, code, test, and maintain web-based, data-driven Java applications. Translate requirements into technical designs, perform QA and performance tuning, troubleshoot and modify existing applications, provide technical leadership, and produce system documentation and operational guides.
