Owns a portfolio of customer subscriptions and leads the end-to-end renewal lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing commercial roadmaps, identifying churn and downgrade risks, forecasting renewal outcomes, guiding pricing and contract decisions, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring quote-to-booking readiness. The role requires managing complex renewals, recurring revenue, customer retention, commercial negotiations, and strategic customer relationships in a global enterprise software environment.
