Prospects for new customers, develops qualified sales opportunities, conducts outbound calls, schedules meetings, and supports pipeline growth across emerging markets. The role executes marketing-qualified leads, records sales activity in Salesforce, handles inbound inquiries, supports territory campaigns, and routes qualified opportunities to sales executives. It also collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations in a multicultural, hybrid Barcelona office environment.

Develop and maintain features for PTC’s Codebeamer enterprise ALM platform across the full software development lifecycle. Design scalable solutions, write clean Java code, troubleshoot defects, contribute to automated testing and CI/CD, and collaborate with Product Management, QA, UX, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Lead and direct the design and development of secure software solutions. Mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and influence development across the organization. Communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on innovative projects and practices.
