Validate deployments, maintenance, and operational workflows for Windchill SaaS on Azure/AWS. Design and execute real-world test scenarios, automate validation for deployments, identify and track defects, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Developers, SRE, Product Owners, and Operations to improve quality and deployment processes.

Operate and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, troubleshoot production incidents, improve CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible), participate in on-call rotation, optimize capacity and cost, and integrate AI-driven tools for incident triage, root cause analysis, and automation to improve observability and MTTR.

Perform contract reviews and revenue accounting analysis under ASC 606 and US GAAP, validate revenue in automation systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support SOX compliance, respond to audit queries, drive process improvements, and assist with financial statement disclosures.
