Conducts and interprets laboratory experiments supporting neuroscience drug discovery, target deconvolution, hit-to-lead optimization, and assay development. Performs flow cytometry, immunophenotyping, ELISA, Western blot, RT-qPCR, cell culture, and compound profiling. Maintains laboratory records, troubleshoots experiments, communicates findings, supports publications and patents, and ensures regulatory, safety, and quality compliance.

Leads global pharmaceutical development projects in partnership with Global Project Leaders. Manages cross-functional planning, scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, stakeholder communication, regulatory alignment, and project reporting from early development through commercialization and lifecycle management. Advances project management best practices, supports PMO initiatives, facilitates decision-making, and influences matrixed internal and external teams across preclinical, CMC, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions.

Leads pharmacovigilance activities for clinical and marketed products, including aggregate safety reports, risk management plans, signal detection, safety review boards, regulatory responses, and safety surveillance. Manages cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and regulatory submissions while ensuring compliance with FDA, EU, and ICH requirements. Supports adverse-event reconciliation, clinical programs, labeling updates, PV process improvement, and collaboration with Qualified Persons and safety physicians.
