Conducts and interprets experiments supporting neuroscience drug discovery, including target deconvolution, cell-based screening, hit-to-lead optimization, assay development, and compound profiling. Maintains mammalian cell lines, performs flow cytometry and molecular biology techniques, documents audit-ready laboratory records, analyzes and communicates results, supports publications and patents, and follows quality, regulatory, and safety requirements. The role also supports laboratory operations and cross-functional research activities.

Lead and evolve global compensation and equity programs: strategy, annual planning, benchmarking, equity administration, governance, job architecture, Workday integration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership to ensure compliant, scalable compensation practices.

Leads corporate graphic design, visual identity, digital and social-first creative, motion and video direction, executive presentations, and enterprise visual communications for a regulated biopharmaceutical company. Develops brand guidelines, templates, design systems, governance, and review processes while ensuring accessibility, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency. Partners with marketing, communications, medical, legal, regional, and commercial teams; manages agencies and vendors; and provides creative direction, stakeholder coaching, and workflow improvements.
