Leads statistical programming for clinical development studies, including clinical data analyses, statistical outputs, derived datasets, and integrated reports. Oversees CRO programming deliverables, reviews study documentation and data standards, supports regulatory submissions, and contributes to SOPs, systems implementation, and training. Collaborates with biostatistics, clinical development, data management, vendors, and other cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with protocols, analysis plans, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.

Conducts and interprets experiments supporting neuroscience drug discovery, including target deconvolution, cell-based screening, hit-to-lead optimization, assay development, and compound profiling. Maintains mammalian cell lines, performs flow cytometry and molecular biology techniques, documents audit-ready laboratory records, analyzes and communicates results, supports publications and patents, and follows quality, regulatory, and safety requirements. The role also supports laboratory operations and cross-functional research activities.

Lead and evolve global compensation and equity programs: strategy, annual planning, benchmarking, equity administration, governance, job architecture, Workday integration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership to ensure compliant, scalable compensation practices.
