Greet patients and manage front desk operations including phone triage, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, clinical record maintenance, payment collection, and transmitting clinical documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a professional patient experience.

Provide front-desk patient support including scheduling, registration, insurance verification and prior authorization, payments collection, medical records maintenance, inventory management, and cross-training staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Provide hands-on support to Physical Therapists and PTAs by assisting with patient care tasks as trained, supporting patient education, maintaining patient records and supplies, cleaning and organizing equipment, and performing business office duties such as scheduling, answering phones, insurance authorizations, filing, and processing co-payments.
