Owns wealth financing product strategy, design, go-to-market execution, acquisition channels, pricing, profitability, portfolio monitoring, governance, and risk controls. Responsibilities include defining target segments and eligibility, benchmarking competitors, developing customer journeys and value propositions, coordinating stakeholders, creating sales enablement materials, monitoring business and risk KPIs, managing pricing and portfolio health, and ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, credit, conduct, and complaints requirements.

Conducts copy audits, reviews existing content, and collaborates with content design, product, and compliance teams. Learns to write and revise copy for social media, email, websites, landing pages, and OTC materials. Supports development of content calendars and creative briefs.

Lead the bank’s marketing communications strategy across assigned products and services. Direct integrated campaign planning, messaging, channel strategy, creative development, budgets, procurement compliance, and cross-functional delivery. Manage marketing communications specialists and collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies. Ensure campaigns support commercial objectives, meet timelines and procedures, and improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty through post-campaign performance analysis.
