Monitors strategic targets, budget utilization, governance, compliance, risk reporting, and regulatory alignment for the Assisted Channel Solution unit. Oversees feature and application development progress, identifies gaps, and implements improvements to support customer adoption and operational effectiveness.

Supports the Creative Design Lab team in developing promotional materials and campaigns. Learns to create designs from briefs, contributes fresh ideas, and completes assigned creative work within established deadlines.

Coordinate with creative and development teams to deliver marketing communications and product campaigns. Assist with activity reporting, partnership performance monitoring, content development, and campaign testing to ensure execution meets established specifications.
