Lead and design PMO governance, set measurable outcomes, drive performance management for leaders, manage team budgets and audit documentation, organize workshops/events, and support management reporting to the Board.

Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, focus groups, interviews), manage projects and timelines, perform ad-hoc analyses, and present data-driven insights to align consumer needs with business solutions.

Provide administrative support to sales & marketing for the Emerging Funding team: manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and documentation, distribute credit proposals and memos, handle operational budgets and payments (entertainment, events), and prepare team reports (pipeline, GAP, performance).
