Lead development and documentation of accounting policies and business processes, strengthen internal controls, review and recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures, coordinate and guide team resource deployment to ensure efficient, accurate accounting operations and timely delivery.

Develop, test, debug, and support new and existing backend applications. Architect solutions, write high-quality code, apply testing principles, and collaborate to solve open-ended business challenges while learning new technologies.

Design and prototype web/mobile user interfaces, create wireframes, storyboards and sitemaps, collaborate with product managers and developers, iterate on designs using user feedback, and establish UI/UX guidelines and standards.
