Manages accounts receivable, invoicing, payment processing, collections, account reconciliations, billing disputes, aging reports, month-end close support, and financial recordkeeping. Communicates with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues, maintain accurate records, and improve cash flow. Uses Excel and accounting or ERP systems while following accounting procedures and internal controls.

Generates quotes and proposals, provides counter sales support, follows up with customers, negotiates and closes transactions. Coordinates shipping and product information, enters orders into the ERP system, maintains customer relationships, and collaborates with outside sales. May assist with deliveries and material pickups at smaller branches.
