Analyzes and underwrites global credit investment opportunities, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, risk assessment, investment memoranda, and Investment Committee presentations. Monitors portfolio-company performance, financial reporting, covenant compliance, valuations, and risk guidelines. Coordinates amendments, waivers, and related actions with portfolio companies, sponsors, advisers, and internal teams. Associate-level responsibilities include managing transaction workstreams and coaching junior team members.

Leads end-to-end investment activities for the Canada Growth Fund, including sector analysis, opportunity evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, investment recommendations, transaction execution, negotiation, portfolio monitoring, and value creation. The role also manages deal workplans, coaches junior professionals, develops industry networks, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across clean energy and infrastructure investments.

Supports public markets trading and portfolio management across multiple asset classes. Oversees trade lifecycles, resolves operational exceptions, analyzes root causes, strengthens controls, and develops reporting solutions using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel. Coordinates automation and platform enhancements, supports audits and regulatory compliance, and provides operational expertise to investment and technology stakeholders.
