Develop and document GenAI playbooks, build Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and Claude Skills, and support AI prototype testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and adoption tracking. Research emerging AI capabilities, organize hackathon ideas into a prioritized backlog, and provide recommendations and user insights. The role requires programming or scripting experience, familiarity with Microsoft 365, analytical and communication skills, bilingual English and French proficiency, and authorization to work in Canada.
