Lead and optimize operational processes across after-sales, logistics, production, and related business units in the automotive distribution sector. Develop productivity and cost-reduction strategies, establish KPIs, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, manage resources and operational risks, report to senior leadership, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive continuous improvement, digitization, and process automation.

Manage BIM models at LOD 200–350, coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, perform clash detection, ensure BIM Execution Plan compliance, and support construction-ready deliverables. Automate workflows using Dynamo and Python, assist with AI-based design tools, and collaborate with multidisciplinary global teams through cloud-based common data environments.

Contribute to international architecture projects throughout complete design cycles, from concept through IFC. Responsibilities include 3D modeling, envelope studies, coordinated technical packages, design reviews, BIM workflows, and collaboration with global teams. The role also involves using AI and parametric tools for concept generation and performance-driven design across hospitality, residential, mixed-use, cultural, corporate, and urban development projects.
