Teams at PSI CRO

Manage full-cycle accounting for PSI Japan including AP/AR, GL, fixed assets, payroll postings, month/quarter/year-end closings under local GAAP, group reporting alignment, tax filings, statutory financial statements, audits, budgeting, internal controls, and process improvements while supporting HQ and participating in global finance projects.

Provide administrative and coordination support for clinical research projects: maintain databases and tracking systems, manage documents, serve as site contact for vendors and supplies, coordinate query resolution and training, administer site/vendor payments, handle communications, calls, mail, and assist with meetings and minutes.

Lead business development in Japan for a global CRO by prospecting and nurturing client relationships, developing account-specific sales strategies, leading pitches and proposals, coordinating with Operations and Project teams, managing contract completion and handoffs, and monitoring customer satisfaction and scope changes.
