Combines business analysis and database development to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions. Designs database structures, data models, SQL queries, Power BI dashboards, and reporting assets. Gathers requirements, supports Agile delivery, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-release validation. Collaborates with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and actionable data solutions.

Develop database structures, SQL queries, data models, Power BI dashboards, and reporting solutions while translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business users throughout Agile development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Support UAT, validate data accuracy, optimize performance, and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.

Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise and specialized applications, including installation, troubleshooting, software updates, testing, validation, user training, and technical audits. The role supports ERP, BPM, document management, warehouse, and other business systems, creates SQL queries, monitors software releases, and recommends system migrations or purchases. It also ensures compliance with PSI standards and CFR 21 Part 11 validation requirements.
