Lead country-level clinical study startup and site activation activities. Collect and file regulatory and site documentation, prepare IP-RED submissions, coordinate translations, negotiate site agreements and budgets, distribute clinical study supplies, communicate with sites and vendors, escalate issues, and help meet activation targets and enrollment projections.

Supports clinical research projects by maintaining databases, tracking systems, and documentation; coordinating communications, queries, training, and system access for investigative sites; arranging meetings; and managing correspondence. Requires a life sciences degree, Polish and English fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational skills. Clinical research or CRO administrative experience is preferred.

Plans and executes multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, paid advertising, content, PR, and internal communications. Creates content, tracks and analyzes campaign performance, optimizes tactics, manages vendors and budgets, updates the website, supports digital and in-person events, contributes to marketing strategy, and mentors junior team members.
