Support buildout of PSGEquityDefenseTech investment strategy through thematic research, market mapping, and ecosystem analysis. Identify attractive subsectors, growth opportunities, feeder funds, venture and PE investors, and strategic connectivity to improve proprietary sourcing and inform firm investment priorities.

Serve as the firms Workday HCM owner: administer and configure Workday modules, manage security and integrations, lead implementations and releases, build reporting and dashboards, partner with HR/Finance/IT, and drive process improvements and the Workday roadmap to support global people operations.

Provide front-desk reception, manage office operations and supplies, coordinate vendor relationships and meeting room schedules, support events and weekly lunches, assist administrative team with travel/expenses/scheduling, and complete miscellaneous office projects to ensure a professional, organized in-office experience.
