Coordinates facility shutdowns, maintenance programs, electrical and instrumentation systems, calibration activities, and asset management. Develops and manages shutdown plans, coordinates stakeholders, oversees facility handoffs, maintains technical records, and ensures compliance with safe work procedures, quality controls, GMP, GxP, and regulatory requirements. Supports reliability initiatives, testing programs, maintenance planning, and efficient facility operations.

Own and lead the support, optimization, roadmap, integrations, validation, testing, and deployment of Veeva Vault Clinical systems, including eTMF, CTMS, and Payments. Partner with clinical operations, R&D IT, vendors, and data teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions and validated releases. Manage technical requirements, backlogs, change requests, production issues, and regulatory compliance within GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA environments.

Own feature-area roadmaps for a cloud-based enterprise quality management platform. Responsibilities include customer discovery, product requirements, user stories, roadmap planning, Agile delivery coordination, release management, regulatory trend analysis, stakeholder communication, and post-release measurement. The role partners with engineering, UX, QA, sales, marketing, services, and customers to deliver scalable software for regulated industries.
