Teams at PSA Airlines

Leads and coordinates operational, technology, and strategic projects within the airline’s Integrated Operations Center. Develops project plans, tracks milestones and risks, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, supports process improvement and change management, and prepares project reporting. Partners with Flight Operations, Crew Scheduling, Dispatch, Maintenance, Technology, vendors, and other stakeholders to implement initiatives that improve airline reliability, efficiency, and operational performance. Also supports safety management and related risk and assurance activities.

Analyzes recruitment, retention, workforce, demographic, and HR data to identify trends and support talent management decisions. Develops dashboards, reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership; audits workforce data quality and compliance; recommends process improvements; and supports recruiting-related projects, systems implementation, testing, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Administers and optimizes iCIMS and other talent systems, including configurations, workflows, integrations, reporting, access governance, troubleshooting, and data quality. Leads recruiting technology and process-improvement projects from planning through implementation, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, develops documentation and training, supports compliance reviews, and provides advanced user support. Analyzes recruiting data and recommends scalable solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, candidate experience, and system adoption.
