Leads PSA Airlines’ enterprise leadership development strategy, including leadership capabilities, succession development, onboarding, manager effectiveness, transformation, and AI-enabled learning. Partners with senior operational and corporate leaders to identify capability gaps, redesign development programs, establish readiness and impact metrics, and provide executive updates. Oversees scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions and supports the company’s Safety Management System, Safety Risk Management, and Safety Assurance activities.

Processes Pilot Records Information Act paperwork and maintains accurate PRIA and DOT records. Coordinates with recruiting, training teams, airlines, and former employers to obtain and provide pilot records within FAA-regulated timeframes. Supports annual PRIA and DOT audits, prepares inspection materials, updates applicant databases and spreadsheets, and contributes to the company’s Safety Management System. Requires aviation experience, knowledge of PRIA and FAA/TSA regulations, strong administrative skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Coordinates the full lifecycle of initial operating experience training for pilots and flight attendants. Assigns trainees to check crew members, schedules training and line events, monitors progress, manages FAA observations, builds monthly schedules, verifies crew legality and qualifications, tracks consolidation hours, and handles irregular operations. The role ensures compliance with federal aviation regulations, labor agreements, company policies, and safety requirements while maintaining operational records and reports.
