Assembles and installs electrical and mechanical components for industrial smokehouses. Responsibilities include wiring, panel construction, plumbing assembly, blueprint-based installation, PLC and VFD work, testing, documentation, and adherence to quality and safety procedures. The role requires manufacturing experience, physical capability, basic math skills, teamwork, independent work, and overtime availability.

Designs, programs, troubleshoots, commissions, and maintains PLC, HMI, and industrial control systems for manufacturing equipment and smoker products. Develops temperature, airflow, combustion, and safety controls; supports production, new product introduction, testing, validation, and continuous improvement. Creates electrical documentation, integrates sensors and actuators, coordinates with vendors and cross-functional teams, and trains technicians and operators.

Manage sales and business development across the Southwest territory, identifying and closing new opportunities, expanding key accounts, presenting product value, managing the full sales cycle, meeting targets, monitoring market trends, supporting customers, and collaborating with marketing, customer service, and product teams.
