Own AI-assisted marketing production across email, SEO content, social, advertising, and promotional graphics. Build lifecycle campaigns, manage Shopify apps, develop analytics infrastructure, optimize conversion rates, and execute persona-segmented campaigns. The role also oversees AI creative workflows, supports Amazon reporting, coordinates with creative and media partners, and manages the editorial calendar and marketing technology stack.

Serves as the technology and analytics partner for supply chain planning. Maintains Deacom MRP configuration, planning parameters, BOMs, routings, reports, and exception queues. Monitors planning data quality, supports forecasting and demand-planning models, translates supply chain needs into system configurations, and models network changes. Partners with supply chain, operations, R&D, and data analytics teams while supporting planning and purchasing centers of excellence across multiple sites.

Owns and configures Deacom production and warehouse systems supporting plant-floor operations. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, configuring workflows and labels, maintaining scanning and printing infrastructure, troubleshooting production issues, training supervisors, documenting procedures, and partnering on system-related process improvements. The role requires ERP configuration experience, SQL literacy, production-floor comfort, after-hours release support, and travel between multiple plant locations.
