Answer inbound calls and digital messages to coordinate scheduled and emergency maintenance between drivers, vendors, and internal teams. Create repair orders in Fleetio, negotiate vendor pricing, review estimates, authorize repairs, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance. Provide daytime and occasional after-hours support.

The VP of Business Development is responsible for generating new sales, building client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline in logistics.

Source and secure carrier capacity for temperature-controlled produce across the U.S.; build and manage carrier relationships; negotiate rates; monitor market conditions; collaborate with operations to resolve service issues; onboard and vet carriers and track compliance and performance metrics to support profitable, on-time shipments.
