Teams at PS Logistics

Leads warehouse technology, systems, data, reporting, automation, and process-improvement initiatives across multiple locations. Manages WMS optimization and implementations, dashboards, reporting automation, system documentation, JotForms development, workflow improvements, and cost-saving projects. Partners with IT, PMO, warehouse leadership, and cross-functional teams to standardize processes, optimize resources, and deliver measurable results. Coaches team members and supports scalable, sustainable technology solutions.

Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery, manage carrier relationships, communicate with customers, carriers, and drivers, maintain shipping documentation, prepare performance reports, and resolve delays or equipment issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, computer skills, and familiarity with logistics software and freight operations.

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and audit support; analyze variances; maintain fixed asset records; manage tax and licensing filings; review transactions; and improve accounting processes and systems. The role collaborates with finance leaders, auditors, and business partners while providing accounting guidance and backup support.
