Leads cross-dock operations across the United States and Mexico, managing customer performance, third-party logistics providers, vendors, budgets, KPIs, SLAs, and cross-border automotive freight. Oversees WMS and TMS processes, capacity planning, audits, corrective actions, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, SOP standardization, and cost reduction. Provides regional leadership while supporting safety, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and service-level commitments.

Supervise cross-dock operations by processing WMS transactions, verifying freight and shipping documentation, coordinating loading and unloading with carriers and 3PL partners, resolving discrepancies and damaged shipments, and maintaining accurate records. The role monitors warehouse and dock activities, supports safe freight flow, and requires flexible first- or second-shift availability, including overtime and weekends.

Supervise cross-dock warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, freight loading and unloading, WMS transactions, inventory verification, and documentation audits. Coordinate with carriers and third-party logistics providers, resolve shipping discrepancies and damaged freight, maintain shipping records and photographic evidence, and ensure safe, accurate freight flow. The role requires flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekends, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
