Coordinates industrial specialty customer accounts and serves as the commercial interface for enquiries, quotations, tenders, contracts, and sales orders. Supports external sales, prepares bid documentation, manages pricing and margins, processes orders, maintains records, tracks backorders, and resolves customer issues. The role requires stakeholder coordination, tender and contract administration, accurate system use, timeline management, and strong customer service in a technical or industrial environment.

Coordinates commercial activities for construction and infrastructure projects, serving as the interface between customers, sales, suppliers, factories, and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, quotations, tenders, contracts, sales orders, documentation, handovers, project reports, and issue resolution. The role requires strong organization, commercial awareness, stakeholder management, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, particularly SAP.

The role involves predictive maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery at the factory, requiring technical skills and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
