Lead and manage the automation team providing PLC/HMI control system support for manufacturing projects. Prioritize automation work, coordinate cross-functional teams, recruit and develop staff, oversee project status, and drive safety and continuous improvement in optical fiber production.

Design, develop, and maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA, motion control, and industrial networks for fiber manufacturing. Optimize draw‑tower and coating processes, provide hands‑on troubleshooting and field support, lead automation projects, integrate data acquisition/historian systems, and drive continuous improvement for quality, uptime, and safety.
