The Manager of FCC Reporting & Insights is responsible for maintaining governance frameworks, developing data pipelines, and providing actionable insights through reporting for regulatory compliance and risk management.

Support Distribution Digital Enablement Leads to deliver agency digital platform roadmaps. Drive strategic projects, analyze processes for improvements, manage QA/UAT readiness, track project plans/timelines/budgets, engage stakeholders, and execute change management (communications, training, adoption).

Designs and delivers leadership and agency manager training programs, assesses learning needs with stakeholders, measures training effectiveness, drives blended learning innovation, and contributes to talent development strategy and special projects.
