Supports and maintains the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform across Prudential’s Asia business units. Responsibilities include configuration, user administration, master data management, incident resolution, application and integration monitoring, change and release testing, reporting, documentation, training materials, and supplier enablement. The role also performs impact analysis, manages governance compliance, supports business-unit requests, and communicates platform updates and service performance to stakeholders.

Develop and execute customer and lead nurturing programs across online and offline channels. Design engagement journeys, coordinate platform delivery, build lead-scoring flows, track behavioral interactions, and use customer data to identify conversion opportunities. Manage multi-channel campaigns through email, SMS, Viber, and content, while monitoring engagement metrics and reporting campaign performance.

Leads end-to-end Embedded Value reporting, including business-as-usual reporting, persistency and claims variance analysis, quality controls, and process improvements. Provides clear explanations of financial movements across reporting bases, supports methodology enhancements, delivers holistic business insights to management, and guides team members in independently managing reporting processes.
