Leads corporate finance and accounting, advising senior leadership on strategy, financial performance, acquisitions, capital investments, profitability, cash management, tax, compliance, audits, and controls. Oversees the Controller, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions; partners with operational leaders across multiple locations; develops reporting, forecasts, budgets, financial models, and corrective actions; and builds the finance organization and talent pipeline.

Lead profitable new-business growth for cleanroom services across the Western United States. Develop regional sales strategies, manage enterprise and multi-location pursuits, coach Cleanroom Account Executives, and oversee pipeline, forecasting, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Partner with Operations and plant leadership to ensure successful customer implementation. The field-based role requires regular regional travel and collaboration across sales, quality, marketing, service, and customer experience teams.

Develops new B2B accounts within an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, presentations, consultations, and pipeline management. Builds relationships with business decision-makers, follows up on leads, manages sales activity in CRM tools, and closes new account opportunities. This field-based role requires outside sales experience, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a valid driver's license.
