Manage the day-to-day operation of the London office, including cleanliness, supplies, maintenance, deliveries, supplier coordination, and workplace environment. Serve as the first point of contact for office-related queries, support social activities, maintain a welcoming office culture, and collaborate with the Manchester Office Manager. The role requires organization, proactive ownership, communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a hands-on approach. No prior office management experience is required.

Manage a portfolio of institutional clients and financial institutions across EMEA, strengthening relationships, driving platform adoption, resolving escalations, and identifying growth opportunities. Lead governance meetings, account planning, onboarding, implementations, contract negotiations, and client events. Partner with sales, marketing, legal, product, operations, and technology teams to improve client satisfaction and evolve products.

Support proxy voting operations by completing processing and control activities, managing queries against KPIs, tracking workloads, coordinating with global teams, following and improving procedures, testing operational changes, escalating issues, and assisting with employee training. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, organization, adaptability, client focus, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
