Lead Proxima Fusion’s site development portfolio across multiple projects, coordinating feasibility, schedules, budgets, decision gates, stakeholder relationships, permitting, infrastructure scaling, risks, and senior leadership reporting. The role requires managing complex greenfield or brownfield energy or industrial sites through final investment decision, particularly in highly regulated environments. Success requires strong program governance, stakeholder diplomacy, technical coordination, and fluency in German and English.

Own the PMO reporting cadence for major fusion programs, consolidating cost, schedule, risk, and change inputs into leadership packs and gate-readiness reports. Maintain dashboards, templates, calendars, and governance documentation; chase updates, identify inconsistencies, support steering committees, and perform ad hoc analysis. The role helps improve PMO processes and makes dependencies, risks, and progress visible across complex, multidisciplinary programs.

Develop embedded control platforms for power electronic converters, including controller architecture, microcontroller, DSP and FPGA selection, real-time software, target-hardware debugging, testing and validation. Translate control requirements into deterministic implementations and collaborate with power electronics, electronics, mechanical, thermal and systems engineers. The role also explores improved embedded architectures and supports automated, hardware-in-the-loop and safety-critical testing approaches.
