Lead Proxima Fusion's global communications: manage media relations, executive positioning, and integrated campaigns; translate technical topics into clear narratives; run high-impact media opportunities; manage agencies; collaborate with Engineering, Policy, Finance and Brand to support fundraising, partnerships and policy objectives.

Develop and own code-driven parametric representations of stellarator components, automate CAD-to-mesh-to-simulation pipelines, build differentiable JAX-based geometry and physics models, implement algorithms for custom 3D geometry, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering and physics teams to produce optimisable, manufacturable reactor designs.

Build and operate core developer platform and cloud infrastructure for simulation-driven stellarator design. Responsibilities include cloud infrastructure (IaaC, permissions, efficiency), Kubernetes/Ray/Dask-based compute, CI/CD and developer experience, observability, and managing distributed/HPC clusters while improving DevOps practices and DORA metrics.
