Lead strategic planning and execution for internal R&D programs, coordinating cross-functional ML, biology, chemistry, and proteomics teams. Build program governance, dashboards, and vendor/CRO oversight, synthesize technical signals for portfolio decisions, and support CROs, KOL/SAB engagement, and platform operations to accelerate AI-native proximity therapeutic discovery.

Execute end-to-end cross-linking mass spectrometry (XLMS) experiments, run and maintain HPLC/LC-MS systems, perform bacterial and mammalian protein expression and purification, troubleshoot workflows, maintain ELN records, develop SOPs, train teammates, and collaborate with computational biologists and chemists to integrate XLMS data into drug discovery.

Lead research and design of large-scale deep learning systems for protein structure prediction and molecular glue design. Develop novel architectures and training paradigms, collaborate with chemistry/biology experts, publish at top ML venues, and apply models to drive drug discovery value.
